. . Jason Kelce, center. 62. player. 54.

We wouldn’t mind if the Eagles sat a blank check in front of Jason Kelce and asked him to name his price.

Though it may seem like he could play forever (sometimes, we believe he can), at some point, Jason Kelce is going to hang up the cleats and call it a career. If the Philadelphia Eagles were to punctuate this season with their second Vince Lombardi Trophy, that would be a nice ending to a storybook career. Who wouldn’t love another speech at another victory parade? But, even when that’s in our rearview mirror and thoughts turn to defending the title in 2023, we’d have no issue with Philly giving the legend a call.

He’s still performing at a high level. He’s still the best in the game at his position. There are reasons why Howie Roseman is the general manager and we aren’t, One of which is this.

With that type of power, we’d simply slide a blank check in front of Jason and tell him to just fill it in for any dollar amount that he’s looking for. As you’re probably aware, that normally isn’t how these types of negotiations are handled.
