The Bears and Eagles continue their shared story in Week 15.

They aren’t rivals per se. They haven’t played as often as it would seem that they should have. Week 15’s clash on Sunday at 1 p.m. EST will actually only be the 47th time that it has happened. Still, there’s an undeniable line that connects the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears. It isn’t necessarily hatred, but it most certainly isn’t affection either.

Let’s just rewind the tape to 1986. After seeing Chicago win the Super Bowl, Philly hired the Bears’ defensive coordinator, Buddy Ryan. Since then, these teams have met 22 times. The Bears won the first five meetings from ’86 to 1993. They took four of five showdowns between 2007 and 2011. The Eagles have won each of the last five meetings. That covers a stretch from 2013 to the present.

We’ve seen a Fog Bowl, a Donovan McNabb homecoming party, and a “double-doink”. And, that’s just what we’ve seen during three playoff games (they’ve met in a total of four). Let’s make something clear. We expect the Eagles to win, but we wouldn’t be shocked if something happens that we’ll talk about for a while. History has taught us that it’s possible, especially when your offensive signal-caller is as talented as Justin Fields.

He’ll definitely be looking to fuel a Bears upset. Pay attention to him. Here are ten of his teammates who are also worth a watch.
