The Eagles quarterback had nothing but nice things to say about Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes.

Super Bowl LVII was an exciting watch because the audience was able to see the dynamic quarterbacks have their way with the opposing defenses and, with it, a little magic flair.

Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts are going to be mesmerizing the league for years to come. They may see each other in the MVP race again.

The Chiefs star’s numbers were not eye-popping, but he turned his play to another level in the second half to get his team the win. Patrick ended the game with 182 yards passing and three touchdowns. He rushed for 44 yards.

Even in the glow of the Super Bowl win, Mahomes still found time to give Hurts his props on the effort he gave out there.

Hurts gave all the love back when he talked to the press after the game about the Chiefs QB.

"I have a lot of respect for him. I always have. He’s done some really great things, thus far. For me, we lost. He came away with the win. We came up short, so it’s something that I know will motivate me. I’ve been here before, and that’s the beautiful thing about it, so I’ll figure it out."

On Tuesday, the 2022-2023 Eagles visited the NovaCare Complex for a final time. They cleaned out their lockers for the final time. QB1 graciously spent some time with members of the Philly media. Check out everything he said to them and everything he said immediately following Super Bowl LVII by clicking here.

Jalen and Patrick are cut from the same cloth as they are both humble but constantly working on their craft, and that is why it’s not hard to see that the Eagles quarterback could be lifting the Lombardi trophy soon too.

Hot. Which was worse? The defense or that final flag?. light
