Revenge will be sweet as, this time, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Washington Commanders at Lincoln Financial Field.

Philadelphia, following a bye and wins over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans, walked into a Monday Night Football affair with fans and the media beginning to whisper that there were chances of an undefeated season. After 60 minutes of game action, the Commanders had ruined the party. by way of a 32-21 upset win.

Eagles fans haven’t forgotten that. Heck, the Philadelphia Eagles haven’t forgotten that. There’s no way on Planet Earth that the Commanders are going to walk into the Linc and repeat that feat. They have Philly’s attention. this time the Birds win going away.

The Eagles are going back to Cali… Cali… Cali…

This feels nothing like the team that won Super Bowl LVI, does it? Once, they realized a window was open, the Los Angeles Rams did exactly what they were supposed to do. They moved all of their chips to the center of the table. They went all in. To their credit, they got the job done, and they owned the right to host a parade. There was just one problem. They mortgaged the future to do so.

So much for that ‘eff them picks’ theory, huh?

As members of the NFC West, they have guaranteed themselves a date with the Birds. Philadelphia makes its first trip to SoFi Stadium. Traveling west is sometimes rough on East Coast Teams. The Eagles are the better and more complete team here, and that alone should serve as the fuel needed to catapult this team to victory.
