Things just have not gone well for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2025, and even though this team is again in position to win the NFC East, there has been an obvious and brutal regression on the offensive side of the ball.
Just about nothing has worked for Philly this year, and offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo has been the center of it all. While it isn't all his fault, Patullo is likely going to be the scapegoat here after the season.
But between the injuries and the QB's limitations, the blame goes around. When Philly inevitably pulls the plug on the Patullo experiment, where should they look for a replacement? Well, we have three legitimate candidates who could come in and take the reins over in 2026 and beyond.
Who should replace Kevin Patullo as the Eagles' Offensive Coordinator?
Cameron Turner, Colts' QB Coach
Cameron Turner has been the Colts' QB coach since the 2023 NFL Season and has years of previous experience as a QB coach with the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals. When Kyler Murray was drafted back in 2019, Turner was the assistant QB coach, and he held a similar role until the 2022 season.
Part of Murray's development could surely be attributed to Turner. Furthermore, Colts' QB Daniel Jones has been quite good this year and is playing the best football of his career. With the Eagles' offense already having many established players, Turner could be a seamless fit.
Davis Webb, Broncos' Offensive Pass Game Coordinator/QB Coach
Davis Webb is going to be a quick-riser in the NFL coaching ranks, as he's a widely-respected coach already, and his next logical step is to acquire an offensive coordinator gig where he can call plays. His likely desire to call plays surely won't come in Denver, as Sean Payton does that for the Broncos.
But the development of QB Bo Nix and Webb's experience as a QB in the NFL could make him a top-tier candidate. Heck, he could even see some head coaching interviews this offseason. Philly might have to make a quick move here if they wanted Webb as the OC.
Thomas Brown, Patriots' Passing Game Coordinator and Tight Ends' Coach
Thomas Brown has been an offensive coordinator and even an interim head coach before. He has a ton of experience and is currently in New England as their pass game coordinator and tight ends coach. Well, just about everything is working on offense for the Patriots, and there could be multiple coaches from Mike Vrabel's staff who get poached for promotions.

Brown has been in the NFL as a coach since 2020, and his coaching career began with Georgia back in 2011. He has multiple stops as an OC and multiple instances of being in a head coaching role, too. Brown could be a safe choice in 2026 for the Eagles.
