The Philadelphia Eagles' roster, despite some questions rolling into the 2026 season, is one of the most talented in the NFL.
Besides the safety position, the Eagles are fully loaded at every position and have a real shot at making the Super Bowl. A lot of it is going to depend on what Philly's young players do that have been good, but not playing at an elite level.
There are four players on the Eagles who have been good or even better, but are flying under the radar for one reason or another, going into the 2026 season. Which four on the roster are ready to explode for a huge season?
Dontayvion Wicks, WR
Philly needed size on the outside, with A.J. Brown about to leave the franchise via trade, so the Eagles made another trade before that potential one for Wicks. The Eagles get a solid possession receiver who has not been able to break loose with others on the Green Bay Packers, like Romeo Doubs, Christian Parker, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden, get more targets. Nothing can hold Wicks back now in Philadelphia, and he should have career numbers coming his way in 2026.
Moro Ojomo, DT
Ojomo might already be one of the best defensive tackles in the NFL, but with Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis getting more attention, Ojomo gets forgotten about all too often. Pro Football Focus ranked Ojomo 19th among interior defensive linemen with an overall grade of 72.9 as he had 49 pressures, 39 hurries, and was second on the team in sacks with six. While Carter and Davis might put up better numbers, Ojomo is ready to explode in Year 4, where it could very well be the last season he's on the Eagles before getting a massive payday in free agency next offseason.
Riq Woolen, CB
Woolen was the biggest name free agent signing for the Eagles after securing a one-year, $12 million contract, as he was the first during the free agency period to join Philly. His 6-foot-4 size gives him an advantage over most corners in the NFL, but he will no doubt get overshadowed by All-Pros Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. While he's been inconsistent his whole career, Woolen has a chance to become elite under defensive coordinator Vic Fangio and take his play to the next level.

Braden Mann, P
Mann isn't as much under the radar as the others, but his play on the field doesn't get as much attention since he is a punter. Last season, he was sixth in the NFL in average yards per punt with 49.9, the best of his NFL career. That performance earned him a nice little pay raise in the offseason in the form of a contract extension, so expect 2026 to be the year he finally makes the Pro Bowl.
