The Philadelphia Eagles needed some wide receiver help heading into the 2026 offseason, and with the AJ Brown trade saga continuing to hang over this team, Howie Roseman will need to show that he is serious about keeping Jalen Hurts' collection of pass-catchers performing well.
The Eagles could target a player like Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr. at No. 23 overall, as his playmaking chops and separation skills are very enticing. However, if Roseman decides to pick an offensive tackle or pass rusher, the receiver addition may need to wait until later in the Draft.
Roseman can target one of these five sleeper prospects with a Day 2 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft if Cooper is off the board, which could let him target a player who can provide a more immediate impact in the first round while using a later pick to add to their receiver room.
5 wide receivers Eagles could target if they don't get Omar Cooper Jr.
5. Ted Hurst, Georgia State
Hurst has made himself a Top 100 lock due to his strong pre-draft process, as he shows more quickness at the line of scrimmage than many receivers his size. A wide catch radius and some very sticky hands could make Hurst the type of player who forces his way into the starting lineup.
4. Ja'Kobi Lane, USC
Lane is going to need to answer questions about his speed, separation, and ability to beat top cornerbacks without a Makai Lemon taking attention away from him. If he does, he could be a monster in the red zone and perfect deep threat for Hurts' go-balls.
3. Antonio Williams, Clemson
Some might say Williams is a bit redundant due to his skillset overlapping with that of Devonta Smith, but the Eagles could be creative enough offensively to find a way to mesh both of these together one productive package after his brilliant final two seasons in college.
2. Malachi Fields, Notre Dame
Fields is not going to beat many receivers in a footrace, but the ball-tracking skills and his demolition of Senior Bowl defensive backs make him a solid boundary receiver who could hit his stride with a quarterback like Hurts tossing him 50-50 balls.
1. Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee

Brazzell didn't run a very full route tree in college, but he is a top-shelf athlete with a 6-5 frame, insane verticality, and some tremendous speed for someone as big as he is. If Brown is gone, Brazzell can do his best to provide at least a convincing facsimile.
