It's a nice problem to have as they say... The Philadelphia Eagles are in a position that every NFL team would love to be in, a position that many NFL teams aren't.

Philly has found and locked down its franchise quarterback for the foreseeable future. After exiting Week 16's game early with a concussion (and missing the next two games as he recovered), QB1 Jalen Hurts has cleared concussion protocol.

He'll start on Sunday which gives the Birds their best chance to win. It also, however, creates a domino effect on Philly's depth chart.

Sure, Tanner McKee probably should be Philly's backup QB. We all agree on that, but we also know he isn't. That distinction belongs to Ocean Township, New Jersey native Kenny Pickett.

And, we all know what that probably means for Tanner McKee on Sunday.

Eagles vs. Packers Week 18 inactives

No third-string quarterback could have performed any better than Tanner McKee played when forced into action because of Jalen Hurts and Kenny Pickett's injuries. He threw two TD passes vs. the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17 despite only throwing five passes. No one else who has ever played in the NFL can lay claim to ever having done that.

But, Philly won't carry three QBs on the game day roster in the Wild Card Round. Tanner will be inactive today.

Philly signed safety Lewis Cine to their active roster this week off of the Buffalo Bills practice squad. On the eve of Sunday's game, they promoted fullback Khari Blasingame and wide receiver Parris Campbell from the practice squad to the active roster to serve as insurance.

90 minutes before kickoff, Philly released its inactives. Here's the list.

The Packers also released their inactives list for Sunday's game. They include a former first-round Eagles selection and are as follows.

Let's go get this win Philly!

Check back after kickoff. We'll keep a running tally of everyone injured during this week's action below this line.

Update: The second quarter is costly. Darius Slay picked off his first pass since last season but entered the locker room with some sort of arm injury.

Nakobe Dean left the field next. He's been recovering from an abdominal injury but had to e helped off the playing surface. So far, there's no indication that his current discomfort is related.

He left the field on a cart and was ruled out. Turns out it was a knee injury. Stay tuned. We'll provide updates once we have some...
