Eagles legend Brandon Graham finally allows himself time to shed a few tears
It has been an emotional week for all of us, well most of us anyway, but we can promise you this. If you haven't had yours tested, your time is coming. The Philadelphia Eagles won vs. divisional opponents in consecutive weeks (the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders). Then came one heck of a performance on Sunday Night Football.
Philly transformed SoFi Stadium into 'Lincoln Financial Field-West'. They shellacked an improving Los Angeles Rams squad, but they also lost a legend and team captain for the season.

Brandon Graham finally allows himself a moment to reflect.
Brandon Graham announced after the Eagles' win over L.A. that he has torn his tricep and is done for the season, but make no mistake about it. He'll continue to give this team all he has as a locker-room and vocal leader.
He didn't have to tell us that. It's kind of one of those things we already knew, but he was nice enough to share that with us anyway. On Tuesday, he finally allowed himself some time to be human.
Whew. That brought us to tears. Jon Ritchie and Joe DeCamara are right though. B.G. isn't letting any of us down. he's an Eagle through and through, one who earned his wings a long time ago.
This is not an exaggeration. We can't think of one instance where we saw Brandon Graham, on television, in person, or in passing, where he didn't flash that million-dollar smile. If there's a more positive person we'd lobe to meet them.
Personally, we think it's impossible. The best one can do is find someone just as possible because there isn't anyone who is more so.
B.G. deserved that moment of emotion and the thanks of a city that he has given blood, sweat, and tears to... and one of our favorite memories.
It's 55 who knocked the ball free from Tom Brady's grasp and left him sitting on the Super Bowl turf looking back in the opposite direction from where the greatest strip-sack in the history of the NFL occurred. For that, we'll be forever and eternally grateful.
