We've said this two or three times already. We have to say it again for effect! If this is a dream, we hope and pray it's one we NEVER wake up from. Don't shake us in our sleep. Don't pinch us. Leave us alone! Let us enjoy this one for a while!

This is the week we dreamed about when we were children. We remember asking ourselves if we'd ever see the Philadelphia Eagles win one Super Bowl. Now, we've seen them win two!

It isn't just them winning. It's the manner in which they won, with a complete total-team dominating effort. It was the perfect end to a storybook season! It almost seemed too perfect at times.

Eagles news: Watch Eric Allen's Hall of Fame knock!

We ventured through a great Eagles season and neared the final game, the biggest in all of sports. We saw the pieces of the puzzle fit and the stars all align. Good news always seemed to be followed with more.

Saquon became just the ninth player in NFL history to run for 2,000 yards. Heck, we STILL can't believe he's on the Eagles roster sometimes. He and Cooper DeJean share a birthday. This year, it fell on Super Bowl Sunday, two nights after we learned Eric Allen is part of the 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame class.

Every year, the HOF shares those 'Hall of Fame knocks'. Randall McDaniel welcomed Eric to an elite fraternity.

On Sunday, one of the greatest shutdown corners in NFL history was introduced to a pro-Eagles crowd at Caesars Superdome. Oh, and he also changed his profile pic on X.

Hopefully, when we discuss the 2024-25 Eagles years from now, we spend time discussing Eric's honor. He certainly waited long enough to earn it.

More Eagles news: Every time we turn on the TV, we see our Birds (and, we love it).

From Eagles legends to legends in the making (and guys on the current squad). The champions are seemingly everywhere. You know the saying. To the victor goes the spoils.

We aren't complaining. The guys have earned this. Let them enjoy it. We certainly are. Every time we turn the TV on, we see the fellas.

C.J. Gardner-Johnson finds his way onto SportsCenter. Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and the Eagles O-line hung out for a late-night talk with Jimmy Fallon.

Never forget how this happened friends. The Eagles went from Super Bowl runner-ups to enduring a collapse to raising the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Jalen Hurts outplayed Patrick Mahomes on the grandest stage again, and the Birds may have possibly allowed Brandon Graham to ride off into the sunset as a two-time champion. And, no it isn't a dream. This is our reality!
