Giants' Dexter Lawrence declares ‘war’ on Saquon Barkley and Eagles in Week 7
When Saquon Barkley steps onto MetLife Stadium's turf this Sunday, he'll be doing so for the first time as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. He won’t only face his former teammates. He'll also face a fierce crowd of New York Giants fans who once cheered him on. For some reason, he thinks he won't be noticed and fans 'don't care'.
That probably isn't true. This Sunday, Saquon will be wearing midnight green and enter the field of play from the visiting locker room.
Former teammate Dexter Lawrence has voiced respect for Barkley. He has also made it clear he’s gearing up for “war” when No. 26 is on the field.
