If there is one thing every NFL fan knows about the Philadelphia Eagles, it is that general manager Howie Roseman is a wizard at absolutely fleecing teams in trades.
Roseman knows how to strike the right deal that makes sense for the Eagles' future. He has made some great trades in recent years, like acquiring A.J. Brown on draft night in 2022 or last year bringing in edge rusher Jaelan Phillips from the Miami Dolphins.
Last year, the Eagles made multiple trades before and during the season, and nothing should change in 2026 with Roseman. Which teams could be next on the Eagles' call list for a trade, and how could they help Philly out?
Cleveland Browns
The Browns have some flexibility with the safety position after selecting Emmanuel McNeil-Warren in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft. A player like Grant Delpit would make a prime candidate to be traded away, which the Eagles would be happy to help with, since they might be stuck with either Marcus Epps or Michael Carter II as an alternative. Giving Cleveland a Day 3 selection would work and be a great deal for the Eagles, allowing them to acquire a starting-caliber player in Delpit.
New York Giants
How great would it be for the Eagles to call up the Giants to see if they would offload Kayvon Thibodeaux in a trade? Many Eagles reporters have mentioned that even though the team traded for Jonathan Greenard to help with the edge rusher room, they are most likely not done at the position. Even moving a Day 2 pick like a third round and adding a fourth or fifth round pick to the deal would make sense for the Eagles to offer New York, since no one else is calling about him.

New Orleans Saints
Why not call an old friend, former Eagles offensive coordinator and current Saints head coach Kellen Moore, to see if they want to strike a deal and potentially bring in new talent? Even with Tyler Shough there, maybe New Orleans would be interested in adding some better insurance with Tanner McKee as the backup, since he played well under Moore in his first career start in 2024. The Saints could always use players if the Eagles need to offload someone to continue collecting draft picks for 2027 and 2028.
