Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is truly in a class of his own.

The Eagles have completed yet another draft, with Roseman getting all the praise for making some great selections, like first-round pick Makai Lemon and second-round pick Eli Stowers. FOX Sports NFL reporter Ralph Vacchiano released his latest power rankings, where he moved Philly up from sixth to fourth because of one man.

"Their wizard GM did it again, coming out of the first two days of the draft with two dangerous weapons (WR Makai Lemon, TE Eli Stowers to replace likely trade piece A.J. Brown) and a huge O-lineman (6-9, 346-pound Markel Bell), and he traded for edge rusher Jonathan Greenard. They are so back."

The Lemon selection helps the Eagles' passing game by adding a slot receiver who can fill that role for a long time and give Philly a WR2 who will ease the pain of losing Brown. Stowers will also help the offense, as he can provide a combination of catching and blocking that will make it easier to move on from Dallas Goedert after the 2026 season.

Even the Bell pick is an interesting move, as his 6-foot-9 frame has the Eagles exploring all kinds of possibilities on the offensive line for the future. It's not clear whether he is being seen as a future replacement for Lane Johnson at right tackle, but it would be nice if he could fill that role in a year or two.

While Lemon is argued as the best rookie draft pick for the Eagles, Greenard was the best move of the three-day event. The Eagles finally got their replacement for Jaelan Phillips and locked Greenard up on a long-term deal to have their top guy for a long time.

Overall, Roseman certainly worked his magic, and the Eagles fan base is rewarded with a much-improved roster that looks like a Super Bowl-caliber team, even potentially without Brown.
