The Philadelphia Eagles may be preparing for their Super Bowl matchup against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, but Howie Roseman and the front office are already hard at work trying to figure out a plan of attack that will keep them competitive in the next few years.
Philadelphia has been savvy enough with drafting, developing, and retaining top talent that they don't need to worry about a mass exodus after this game. However, there are some key contributors on both sides of the ball who will wonder if they will be back for the next ride in Philly.
The list of Eagles free agents could be concerning for fans, as they have multiple big-name starters who could be unattached after the Super Bowl. Simply put, Roseman won't be able to keep them all.

Of the free agents on this list, Baun is without question the player the Eagles need to prioritize. After a breakout season that saw him perform like an All-Pro linebacker, Philly would be wise to keep him in Vic Fangio's scheme for the immediate future of his professional career.
The next two big names are pass rusher Sweat and starting guard Mekhi Becton. Due to the emergence of draft pick Nolan Smith, Philly might not be too high on keeping Sweat at what should be a very expensive price tag. Becton was a tremendous right guard, but the fact Philly turned him around shows they can get solid production out of discarded, cheaper players.
Maddox has put in a few years as a semi-reliable slot cornerback, but the emergence of both Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean has pushed him out of a starting role. Williams has flashed, but the Eagles seem perfectly fine letting him walk thanks to Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis,
The Eagles will likely be able to retain many of the depth pieces that could hit the open market, but they may need to be a but more judicious about they spend their money if they want keep dominating the NFC after their duel in New Orleans.
