Of course, a top-100 list wouldn't be complete without Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley.
While it will be a bit of a tumble for him, Barkley lands at number 34 on the top 100 list. He will join Cooper DeJean, Zack Baun, Quinyon Mitchell, and Jalen Hurts on it.
Last season was a down year for Barkley, rushing for 1,140 yards and seven touchdowns, averaging just 4.1 yards per carry. This was after he rushed for 2,005 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2024 to win the Offensive Player of the Year Award, as well as be selected as a first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowler.

Barkley still has all the tools to be a great running back in the NFL. It's a shame that a banged-up offensive line and an incompetent offensive coordinator hurt his chances to continue his great start with the Eagles.
Things are in a much better spot for Barkley, with the offensive line 100% healthy and Sean Mannion running the offense now. This is the year when Barkley can turn things around and get back on track.
The concept of Barkley needing to "bounce back" is a wild one since his 1,140 yards last year were still the 10th most in the NFL. He can absolutely stack up against the best running backs in the NFL still.
Barkley has great breakaway speed, and when he gets to the second level, he is gone. He can be a threat in the passing game as well, catching the ball out of the backfield and picking up yards that way.
His role in the offense coming up in 2026 should be similar in some ways. but an added wrinkle to it. Barkley could be more involved in the passing game, catching way more passes in OTAs and training camp this year than he did all of last season.
Mannion is smart, knows the kind of weapon he has in Barkley, and wants to use him as much as possible. Barkley is a threat when the football is in his hands.

With Barkley making the list, the bigger question is who else on the Eagles will make it, or did everyone who needed to get announced already? Most people will watch Jordan Mailata to see if he makes it. Otherwise, that might be it for Philly.
