Training camp is coming closer for the Philadelphia Eagles, but the team's fan base officially knows when it all begins for them.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero shared the schedule of the 32 NFL teams' report dates for training camp and when the joint practices will happen. For the Eagles, they are keeping it simple as the rookies and veterans will both report on July 28.

As for the joint practices, the Eagles only have one on the calendar that every fan already knows about. The Eagles will be having a joint practice with the New England Patriots for two days, starting on August 19.

Of course, the joint practice is the most important piece of information for Eagles fans, despite already knowing it from a few weeks ago when Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel announced it. The Eagles will be facing off against their old wide receiver, A.J. Brown, for the first time since the trade was made earlier in the month.

As for training camp, most NFL teams are having the rookies report first, a few days before the veterans come in. It's interesting that the Eagles decided to have both come in at the same time.

This is going to be a fun and important training camp for the Eagles fans to monitor throughout the summer. New Eagles offensive coordinator Sean Mannion will have all eyes on him as he tries to get the offense on the right path after a bad 2025 performance under former OC Kevin Patullo.

There will be plenty of position battles throughout training camp, but if the team does not get off to a fast start, it might leave a sour taste in some people's mouths with jobs on the line in 2026.
