The Philadelphia Eagles badly need a new injection of talent and depth to get back on track in 2026. While the roster is full of stars, it still has plenty of holes.

Luckily, general manager Howie Roseman is willing to get creative to put a contending team together.

In this post-combine mock draft, he works his magic to bring in some of the best performers from this weekend's NFL Scouting Combine.

Eagles 7-round mock draft after the NFL Scouting Combine

Round 1, Pick 14: Eagles trade up to draft Oregon TE Kenyon Sadiq

After his showing at the combine, the Eagles won't be able to sit back and let a player like Kenyon Sadiq fall to them. Here, they move up to the first half of the round by sending the Baltimore Ravens picks 23, 68, and 136 for picks 14 and 152. Sadiq is one of the most athletic tight end prospects to ever enter the draft, and he could be a key building block for the Eagles as Dallas Goedert nears the end of his time with the team.

Round 2, Pick 54: G Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M

The Eagles clearly need help on the offensive line. With Jeff Stoutland gone, it'll be crucial to add talent to the unit this offseason. Texas A&M's Chase Bisontis could slide in as a starter at either guard spot.

Round 3, Pick 98: ED Tyreak Sapp, Florida

Florida edge rusher Tyreak Sapp would give the Eagles a different body type in their young group of pass rushers. He wins with leverage and power and could immediately join Philly's rotation.

Round 4, Pick 122: CB Julian Neal, Arkansas

They'll likely target one in free agency, but the Eagles need to bring in another starting outside cornerback this offseason. Julian Neal has the size and coverage skills to hold up in the NFL, and he proved his athleticism at the Combine.

Round 5, Pick 151: WR Bryce Lance, North Dakota State

Trey Lance's younger brother, Bryce Lance, stood out at the Combine. His 4.34-second 40-yard dash, combined with his 6'3" frame, makes him an intriguing prospect late in the draft.

Round 5, Pick 152: G Beau Stephens, Iowa

The Eagles double-dip on the offensive line here, adding another interior blocker in Beau Stephens. If they get hit with injuries up front again, they'll be more prepared than they were in 2025.

Round 5, Pick 179: S Cole Wisniewski, Texas Tech

Andrew Mukuba had an encouraging rookie season, but the Eagles still need another safety. Cole Wisniewski could provide a long-term answer while providing immediate help on special teams.
