Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq stole the show at the NFL Combine, which is only bad news for the Philadelphia Eagles, as they might have just lost any shot at trying to select him in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Sadiq ran a 4.39 in the 40-yard dash, as he ran faster than any other tight end and beat most of the defensive backs as well. That kind of performance only helped him solidify his spot in the top 20 of the draft in two months.
That leaves the Eagles in a tough spot with a lack of tight ends on their roster, but there are other positions they can address. What would they do now in the first three rounds of the 2026 NFL Draft? Take a look at the results from Inside The Iggles's three-round mock draft using the Pro Football Focus mock draft simulator.
Round 1, Pick 23: T.J. Parker, EDGE, Clemson
The 2025 season was a down year for all Clemson Tigers players, but Parker is still one of the top edge rushers in the draft, as he had 5.5 sacks last year. In 2024, he finished with 11 sacks and was named to the second-team All-ACC team that year.
Parker ran a 4.68 40-yard dash time at the combine, which was ranked 10th among the defensive ends. With Jaelan Phillips a free agent, even if they bring him back, the Eagles love adding depth on the line, and Parker still has the motor to get to the quarterback. Philly would really help enhance their defense more with another edge rusher.
Round 2, Pick 54: Eli Stowers, TE, Vanderbilt
Here's the backup plan to Sadiq, and it's a solid one, as Stowers was the John Mackey Award winner last year as the nation's best tight end at Vanderbilt. He finished with 62 receptions for 769 yards and four touchdowns on the year.
Stowers was tied for the second fastest 40-yard dash time with 4.51 seconds, but did beat Sadiq in the vertical jump with 45.50" and the broad jump with 11'3". The Eagles are lacking at tight end with three of their four players at the position free agents, and Stowers looks to be ready to play the part that Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert played as great second-round tight end selections.
Round 3, Pick 68: Daylen Everette, CB, Georgia
Would it just be a perfect option for the Eagles to get a Georgia defensive player for the seventh time since 2022 in the draft? Everette is a great coverage corner with the Bulldogs, as he was a first-team All-SEC selection with 50 tackles, 10 pass deflections, one interception, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown in 13 games.
While at Georgia, Everette came up clutch in the biggest moments of games, which is something the Eagles did not have in Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo at CB2 last season. If the Eagles want to develop a corner to be a starter, Everette is that guy.

Round 3, Pick 98: Antonio Williams, WR, Clemson
After going for over 900 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2024, his numbers dipped last year with 55 receptions for 604 yards and four touchdowns. He was a third-team All-ACC selection last year and a first-team selection in 2024.
After Eagles general manager Howie Roseman's trade compensation wishes for A.J. Brown, no one might want him that badly, so he could be on the team in 2026. Williams could fit right into the slot spot that Jahan Dotson has been occupying the last two years and develop into a potential WR2 for DeVonta Smith for the moment that Brown leaves the team.
