Another day of practice for the Philadelphia Eagles, another day of a solid workout put in by right tackle Lane Johnson.
The Eagles shared the latest injury report ahead of their Wild Card game against the San Francisco 49ers, which shows good progress with some of their top players. Johnson was a limited participant in practice again with the foot injury that has kept him off the field for almost two months.
Only two players did not practice for the Eagles, both on the offensive line. Backup lineman Brett Toth is still dealing with concussion protocol, and starting left guard Landon Dickerson got his weekly rest day.
Perhaps the biggest update from the report was that linebacker Nakobe Dean went from limited on the first day of practice to a full participant despite a hamstring injury. Here's a look at the full injury report:
- Landon Dickerson, OL (Rest, DNP)
- Brett Toth, OL (Concussion, DNP)
- Grant Calcaterra, TE (Ankle, LP)
- Jalen Carter, DT (Hip, LP)
- Dallas Goedert, TE (Knee, LP)
- Lane Johnson, OL (Foot, LP)
- Nakobe Dean, LB (Hamstring, Full)
- Marcus Epps, S (Concussion, Full)
- Azeez Ojulari, EDGE (Hamstring, Full)
- Jaelan Phillips, EDGE (Ankle, Full)
Eagles looking almost fully healthy for Wild Card game
Johnson and Dean's updates are massive for a team that needs them to be back on the field after missing time. All reports out of Eagles camp have been that both guys are expected to play against the 49ers.
Another good look is that safety Marcus Epps is getting a day of full practice as he looks to be good to go from the concussion. The Eagles are already down rookie Andrew Mukuba and can't afford injuries in the secondary anymore.

This is great progress from the injury report, with one last workout before the playoff game, which should show whether Johnson and Dean will play.
