If there is one person who is the best to learn from within the Philadelphia Eagles organization, it's general manager Howie Roseman.
Roseman is widely regarded as the best GM in the NFL, prompting many teams to look to the Eagles' front office to steal good talent. One guy who could become just another great talent to steal away is newly promoted assistant general manager Adam Berry.
ESPN NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler shared in a recent article that Berry will be a part of the accelerator program. It helps increase diversity in leadership roles by providing development to prepare them to move up to head coach or general manager roles. Among other big names a part of it is former Miami Dolphins head coach and current Los Angeles Chargers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel.
Adam Berry apart of the accelerator program as he prepares for future GM job
Berry already has a good reputation in the NFL and within the Eagles' organization, having started as director of football operations and strategy in 2023. In just one year, he was promoted to vice president of football operations and strategy during the 2024 offseason.
He now takes over for Alec Halaby, who departed from the organization to start a career in finance. Berry's family has a history in football as his brother, Andrew, is currently the general manager of the Cleveland Browns and has been praised for his work in the draft.
It's clear that Adam Berry has a bright future in the NFL and should be poised for a general manager job in the next five years. Roseman is the best to learn from, as Berry can take notes on how to negotiate trades and build rosters properly.

There is only a matter of time before Berry departs from the team, but until then, he will be a strong asset to the Eagles' front office.
