Well, how about an Eagles-themed version of two truths and a lie?

The Philadelphia Eagles have lost two straight games. Here's the good news. This is still a very good football team (more on that in a second). Here's the bad news. The stranglehold they once had on the National Football Conference is gone.

Before we go any further, we promise this story has a happy ending. Bear with us. We'll get through this together, but we'll be honest. It has been a rough couple of weeks.

Following a loss versus the Dallas Cowboys, the Birds need to win out to claim the NFC East's crown. Doing so would also put them in a position to earn the conference's top seed and a first-round bye. Yes, we have much to talk about.

To keep ourselves from crying, we're going to look at this one from a different lens. We're going to play 'Two truths and a lie'. We have to be creative about this to keep ourselves sane.

Typically, the rules would state we're to offer three phrases and ask you to identify the dishonesty. We elect to take a different approach. We'll do all of the work for you.
