Before the free agency frenzy, we knew the Philadelphia Eagles had potential stars at each position. Then came the Top-30 visits and the NFL Draft. OTAs and mandatory minicamp followed. We recently placed a bow on training camp and the preseason. Now, we're just waiting on the announcement of the initial 53-man roster.

Everyone's waiting to hear something, anything for that matter. The notification alerts are turned up on the phone. We monitor every text message and every post on social media.

Doing the latter will get you sidetracked though. That's okay. There are good distractions and bad ones. Lighthearted and comical posts are always welcome. We've found a couple. Hopefully, this will place a smile on those faces.

Eagles news: Lane Johnson checks in with yet another display of strength.

Lane Johnson's activity on social media isn't a strange occurrence. He's one of the more enjoyable follows on X and Instagram. He offers positive statements to bring awareness to how important it is to monitor one's mental health.

He also takes the liberty to do his Mr. Universe impressions.

We've seen social-media breaking shows of athleticism from the game's best tackle before. How about another? What do you think he's working with here? What are we talking? Another 705 pounds like he tossed around last time?

Lane doesn't need our advice. Maybe it's just us, but we can't be the only ones thinking this. We really wish he'd wear some shoes if he's going to do this.

More Eagles news: LeSean McCoy loses a foot race to Aaron Donald.

From a future Pro Football Hall of Famer to a beloved franchise legend who will be inducted into the Eagles Hall of Fame in December. Welcome to some phenomenal LeSean McCoy content.

He and DeSean Jackson have their 25 10 podcast. D-Jax recently shared some footage of Shady challenging Aaron Donald to a foot race. The moral is never challenge recently-retired eight-time First-Team All-Pros. Things may not work out as you are envisioning.

Don't worry Shady. None of this has any bearing on how we feel about you. We know Donald is good and everything, but we're certain the Eagles rusher would have blown past Donald in his prime... Maybe...

We stand by our previous statement. No one should be ashamed because they lost a race to Aaron Donald.
