Mac Jones, quarterback

Even the most casual fans know who their team's starting quarterback is if they don't recognize anyone else. They're the face of the franchise. They touch the ball on every offensive play (unless there's some trickery occuring). The camera often fixates itself on QBs before plays and after.

Mac Jones is the guy in New England. Like Hurts, he cut his teeth in Tuscaloosa with the Alabama Crimson Tide. We'll be honest though. This is a quarterback duel that we expect Jalen to win.

Bill Belichick, head coach

We kept our eyes peeled. At every Eagles practice, we looked for mysterious guys with cameras and unidentified drones flying over the NovaCare Complex. We didn't see anything suspicious, so maybe Bill Belicheat... Oops.. we mean Bill Belichick is playing the game fairly.

Say what you will about the grumpy old man. The most peculiar thing about Belichick's reputation is this. He really doesn't have to cheat to win.

The owner of perhaps the NFL's most impressive coaching resume of all time, he has forgotten more about football than most coaches will ever know. He matches wits with Nick Sirianni in Week 1, and if, by chance, New England pulls off the upset, more than likely, we'll be discussing Bill as being the reason why that happened.
