Eagles versus Rams: 10 opposing L.A. stars other than Aaron Donald who are worth watching

We all know who Aaron Donald is. He's someone to watch in Week 5, but believe it or not, the Rams have other playmakers too.

The Eagles shift their attention to Week 5, and a pesky Rams team sitting at 2-2 on the season.

If it feels like it has been an eternity since the Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams have won Super Bowls, that's because it has been. L.A. most recently raised the Vince Lombardi Trophy to close the 2021-2022 NFL campaign. The Birds did so in February of 2018. As you know, by football standards, both moments might as well have been 20 years ago.

That isn't to say that those accomplishments don't deserve merit. They do, but some of the names on the back of the jerseys have changed since then. Aaron Donald, one of the best to ever do it, is still wearing the Rams' colors though, but we already know that.

We could talk about Donald all week, and we probably will. But, for now, we'll discuss some of his teammates. Believe it or not, there are other good players on the Rams' roster.

This game won't win the Birds or Rams the National Football Conference and the George Halas trophy, but it could have playoff implications for both sides.

1. Matthew Stafford, quarterback

Speaking of holdovers from L.A.'s Super Bowl roster, welcome to Matthew Stafford's portion of the story. If the Rams pull off the upset, it will probably be because he had a big day.

Every time we see him, we wonder about what the Detroit Lions think about when they watch him ball out. That's another story for another day, but this is the best quarterback Philly has seen to this point.

He has thrown three touchdown passes and five interceptions so far this season.

He's also bringing reinforcements with him for Week 5's game.
