Eagles vs. Cowboys: Dallas stars worth discussing who are not named Dak Prescott
Dak Prescott has some help on offense. The Eagles had better be ready.
Dallas hung 23 points on the Eagles during their visit to Lincoln Financial Field in Week 9, and they could have scored more. Prescott threw for 374 yards, and we all know he's better at home. Again, the Eagles should win, but they have a tough task ahead of them.
Check out some of the Cowboys' offensive talent.
2. CeeDee Lamb, wide receiver
CeeDee Lamb is the Cowboys leading receiver and their biggest threat at the skill positions. He leads the offense in targets (121), receptions (90), receiving yards (1,182), and receiving touchdowns (seven).
3. Jake Ferguson, tight end
Jake Ferguson brings a lot to the Dallas offensive attack. He's the Cowboys' second-leading receiver with 46 snags. He ranks second in team receiving yards (498). He's tied with the next guy on our list for the second highest TD reception total (five).
4. Brandin Cooks, wide receiver
Perhaps best remembered by Philly sports fans as the man on the receiving end of Malcolm Jenkins' knockout shot in Super Bowl LII, in some ways, it feels like Brandin Cooks was never the same player.
The truth is we shouldn't call this a comeback. He enjoyed a nice stint with the L.A. Rams (2018-2019) before being even better as a member of the Houston Texans (2020-2022)
Dallas has returned him to the spotlight. Keep an eye on him come Sunday night.
5. KaVontae Turpin, wide receiver/returner
KaVontae Turpin isn't just dangerous as a receiver (three TD receptions on 11 receptions). He's also one of the NFL's great returners (190 yards on six attempts). Sometimes, in games like this, it's the role players that make the difference.
Turpin can change a game on a dime. He can also cut on one. Write his name down if you haven't already.
With that, we move along to the other side of the ball.
