There's a misconception in every NFL fan base. People tend to believe guys care nothing about individual accolades and their only focus is the team goal. That isn't totally true. While we'd bet the farm on Jalen Hurts being more desirous of a Super Bowl trophy than an MVP nod, you shouldn't fool yourselves. Guys like leaving legacies, your Philadelphia Eagles included, and guys earn extensions by bringing resumes to the table.

Let's put it this way. As good as he has been, Brandon Graham probably won't be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Only having one Pro Bowl nod on his resume probably has a lot to do with that. We think he should probably have another three nods but hey. What are you going to do?

Here's where we'll leave this. If you think Pro Bowl nods and a few individual accolades don't matter, watch how someone reacts when they are given a low overall rating on EA's Madden game. We can also promise you DeVonta Smith would have loved to have been named to a couple of Pro Bowls by the time he's up for a contract extension.

Okay, here's why we're all gathered here. Let's talk about All-Pros. Two Eagles earn a tip of the cap recently.

Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson earn All-Pro nods from the NFL Players Association.

While it doesn't often receive the same acclaim as the Pro Football Writers of America's version, the NFLPA's All-Pro Team is always worth a look. Sure they'll never suit up for a game together, but it's always cool to see some familiar names on the list.

Two Birds are given the nod on the 2023 version. How about a round of applause for Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson? Click here to see the full list.

This is the second time the NFLPA has pieced together its All-Pro Team. Congrats to our guys for making the cut.
