Grab a pen and pad. Take a few notes as we move through the Philadelphia Eagles' offseason. We can compare them later. Trying to commit everything to memory will be tough to do, especially seeing how things are going to move quickly.

The 2024 NFL Scouting Combine is upon us. Then, we dive headfirst into top-30 visits, Pro Days, mock season, and eventually the 2024 NFL Draft.

The Eagles own three picks during the first two rounds. We're a long way from learning what they'll do with them. That won't stop us from guessing though or taking a few stabs at predicting what comes after the combine in Indianapolis.

If we nail this, send us to Vegas to try our hand at throwing lines and Over/Unders together.

Exercising DeVonta Smith's fifth-year option

This one's easy. By being a former first-round selection, the Philadelphia Eagles have a fifth-year option baked into DeVonta Smith's rookie deal. They'll exercise it. That's a wise decision.

Several other young Birds from that same draft class are entering territory where Philly will have to make decisions about whether or not they'll extend them. Guys like Landon Dickerson, Milton Williams, Zech McPhearson, Kenneth Gainwell, Marlon Tuipulotu, and Patrick Johnson come to mind.
