As always, another Cowboys offseason provides quality entertainment for Eagles fans.

There's an old saying we have all heard a time or twenty, so old that it's hard to remember who uttered it first. 'Mind your business'... Often, we win at that, but there's the occasional urge to peek behind enemy lines and see what the Philadelphia Eagles rivals are doing.

Sometimes, we're nosey, and we learn a lot. Sometimes, we're here for the comedy and drama. Occasional glances at the hated Dallas Cowboys will always provide us with both.

Have you heard? Dallas didn't do much to improve its team during the off-season. We wondered why. Then, we remembered why. They have to pinch as many pennies as possible if they're to pay their top three stars.

And, that's just one of the stories that seems to have taken center stage in 'the great state of Texas'.

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is reportedly '"fed up" with Jerry Jones. We saw this coming, didn't we?

In addition to the headaches that come with hammering out extensions for Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons, the Cowboys have something else to think about. Their head coach, Mike McCarthy, is in the final year of his deal.

Naturally, this isn't all there is to McCarthy's story. Perhaps you have heard. He works for an, at times, maniacal owner, one who has never met a microphone he didn't like.

Then, there's the recent story. A former Cowboys personnel member told Go Long's Tyler Dunne during a recent interview that Coach Mike McCarthy might be tiring of his current working arrangement.

"He's doing it the best he can... Some of the people I've talked to have said that he's getting fed up with it a little bit." Rich Eisen touched on this during a recent airing of his show. Check out some of what he said below.

Come on. We aren't surprised by this, are we? Jerry Jones drove Jimmy Johnson crazy. Jason Garrett was the teacher's pet when Wade Phillips was head coach. The names change, but it's seemingly always the same story. Kellen Moore eventually became the teacher's pet during Jason Garrett's run as head coach.

It's Mike McCarthy's show now, and we have never stopped discussing his job security. Something tells us the relationship won't last. Someone else will accept the job, and the same story will unfold.

We'll see how 'minding our own business' goes as the Eagles navigate the remainder of their offseason, training camp, and the preseason. We'll see what happens with the Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons extensions, but don't expect the Cowboys' circus to end anytime soon... if it ever ends.
