24. Cincinnati Bengals
Zack Martin
Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Previously: Dee Ford (Outside Linebacker, Auburn)

Giorgos:

Change of plans for the Cincinnatti Bengals, who need a new starter at offensive tackle. Zack Martin is a versatile lineman that can play both tackle and guard. Despite his less-than-ideal dimensions, Martin is a hard worker with great technique. He stays on his feet and uses his strength well. The Bengals can try him at tackle, then move him inside if he does not perform well.

Dave:

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis has to be running out of chances with Cincinnati, and in order to maximize his likelihood of remaining employed despite a lack of postseason production he is going to have to give Andy Dalton less excuses. Martin can start immediately and provide the Bengals with more consistency, as well as being excellent value at 24.
