2. St. Louis Rams (from Washington)
Greg Robinson
Offensive Tackle, Auburn

Previously: Greg Robinson (Offensive Tackle, Auburn)

Giorgos:

The St. Louis Rams will probably be looking to trade out of the second overall selection. In case they don’t find a trade partner, Greg Robinson is an excellent pick for them. Rodger Saffold was re-signed, but he has injury issues and looks a better fit at guard. Robinson is a mountain of a man, very athletic and strong. He could play right tackle as a rookie, opposite of Jake Long.

Dave:

Another mock, another pick remains the same. Robinson has benefitted from an inexplicable slide in Jake Matthews’ stock and steps into a St. Louis Rams organization that is seeing if Sam Bradford can get the job done long-term at quarterback. Robinson’s addition will greatly help a line that has so far struggled to protect him.
