3. Jacksonville Jaguars
Teddy Bridgewater
Quarterback, Louisville
Previously: Teddy Bridgewater (Quarterback, Louisville)
Giorgos:
Teddy Bridgewater is the quarterback the Jacksonville Jaguars have been waiting for years. Blaine Gabbert was a failed experiment and Chad Henne is not someone who will take the franchise to the next level. Bridgewater can make play both in and outside the pocket and he can also tuck the ball and run. He is a leader under center and the best quarterback in this draft.
Dave:
As much as I’ve seen a defensive player mocked to Jacksonville third overall, I just don’t believe that luxury is an option considering their lack of offense. Maurice Jones-Drew is gone and Chad Henne is a short-term solution. Bridgewater steps in and immediately becomes the vision of hope for Jaguars faithful, with the talent to justify the label.
