4. Cleveland Browns
Johnny Manziel
Quarterback, Texas A&M

Previously: Johnny Manziel (Quarterback, Texas A&M)

Giorgos:

Another team that has been plagued by lack of stability at the quarterback position, the Cleveland Browns take another big risk by drafting Johhny Manziel. Manziel is an exciting prospect, a dual-threat quarterback who has the ability to extend plays and gain yards on the ground. He is not polished by any means, but he has great upside and the Browns need someone to lead their offense.

Dave:

Unlike the Jaguars, the Cleveland Browns have assembled a fantastic supporting cast for whichever quarterback the Browns take. Manziel presents the largest risk of the top ranked QBs, but the former Heisman Trophy winner give Cleveland something they haven’t had since returning to the NFL in 1999: A legitimate threat at quarterback.
