An absolute monster of a pass rusher, albeit it was against a lower level of competition, but defensive end Kyle Emanuel of North Dakota State is a player to look out for. The Eagles attended his pro day and worked him out at linebacker which makes sense given his size at 6’3″, 255 lbs., he’ll likely fit best as a 3-4 outside linebacker in the NFL.
Emanuel finished the 2014 season with some gaudy numbers, posting 19.5 sacks. No matter who he was going against, that’s still impressive. Philadelphia has clearly taken notice of Emanuel’s talents and he could be a perfect back-up to add to their current stable of outside linebackers.
