Now here’s where Kelly gets his freak athlete at wide receiver. Conley blew up the combine, running a 4.35 40-yard dash and a 45″ vertical jump. Add that to his already freakish size at 6’2″, 213 lbs. with 33 3/4″ arms and Conley is a rare prospect. He was underutilized in a run-first offense at Georgia but still managed to make some insane circus catches, including 8 touchdowns. Conley is still a bit raw but with his size, athleticism and character, he has the potential to be a dangerous weapon in Kelly’s offense.
