6) Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State

The second consecutive Buckeye on this list, Bosa is an intriguing option for the Eagles. Bosa, in my opinion, has become a victim of the draft-season news cycle. Yes, he’s not the dominant physical presence that he’s recently been touted as, but he’s a very good football player, and one of the premiere talents in this class. The Eagles have a pretty solid stable of pass rushers as is, but you can never have enough weapons in the arsenal; particularly in a Jim Schwartz front. There’s a pretty good chance that Bosa is off the board by the time the Eagles pick roles around, but if he isn’t, I’d expect the Eagles to strongly consider turning in the card with his name on it. Bosa’s strength and technical proficiency will make him a consistent presence for a decade, and there’s a ton of value in that. A player who will hover around 10 sacks annually, and be a dominant run defender.
