21) Washington Redskins: Andrew Billings NT, Baylor

Andrew Billings is an elite Nose Tackle and fills a huge need for the Redskins after losing Terrance Knighton. Especially after grabbing cornerback Josh Norman, this pick makes sense and could make the Redskins’ defense something special.

22) Houston Texans: Will Fuller WR, Notre Dame

Will Fuller might be a reach here, but the Texans need someone to take the top off of a defense and open things up for DeAndre Hopkins. The only other guy that does that is Coleman, but Bill O’Brien isn’t impressed by his three routes.

23) *Tennessee Titans (via Minnesota): Josh Doctson WR, TCU

The Titans want a great receiver to help out a developing quarterback in Marcus Mariota. Doctson is the best one for the job and the Titans have plenty of capital to make this happen.

24) Cincinnati Bengals: Corey Coleman WR, Baylor

The Bengals, as know, never move around. They may have wanted a Doctson or a Treadwell, but they sit tight and get possibly the best of the bunch is Coleman.

25) Pittsburgh Steelers: Eli Apple CB, Ohio State

The Steelers need secondary help. Their interest in safety Eric Weddle tells me that a Vonn Bell or Karl Joseph could be in play here, but I’m sticking with Apple. The Steelers are always liable to do something out of the box so be ready.
