#1. Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor

We have a tie. Both receivers could be blamed for having disappointing 2015 campaigns. Jordan Matthews had his head scratching drops and Nelson Agholor only roped in a whopping  23 catches.

Not all of the offensive woes can be blamed on these two. Both have the potential to breakout and sorely need to do so. Both can really set the tone for the entire division if they play up to their potential. Seems like hyperbole, right? Matthews and Agholor have shown flashes of greatness. Their lack of production last season could be chalked up to a screen-heavy attack that didn’t suit either receiver. Of the two, Agholor is the one to keep an eye on. The guy has burst and should really be utilized this year.

Seriously though, catch the dang ball!
