3. D’Onta Foreman, Texas Longhorns

Its very simple to describe former Texas Longhorns running back D’Onta Foreman. He’s a straight up beast. He can take a hand off, explode through the middle of any defense and turn short-yardage plays into a huge gains. In 2016, he rushed for over 2,000 yards, scored 15 touchdowns and averaged 6.3 yards per rush.

There is no doubt this guy could be a three-down workhorse. He had five consecutive games with 30 or more carries last season. The Eagles want downhill, and that’s something Foreman is used to. He cant contribute much in the passing game, but when he did get the ball thrown to him, he was able to come up with 15-20 yard gains. Grabbing Foreman in the third round would be ideal for the Eagles.
