2. The defensive line

This has been mentioned before, especially here at Inside The Iggles. It bears repeating. Some of you aren’t excited enough about this defensive line. Here are your potential starters. Brandon Graham will hold down one side of the defensive line, and you have the possibility of maybe Chris Long or Vinny Curry on the other side. Fletcher Cox and Timmy Jernigan will make life miserable for both guard and center on opposing rosters. Having one or the other is bad enough. Having both just doesn’t seem fair. but no Eagles fan is complaining.

Jernigan is just as good, if not better, than Bennie Logan was, and in terms of pass rushing, you may have to give a slight edge to Jernigan. Everyone is satisfied with his temperament and the way he’s been able to gel with his new teammates. Once Beau Allen returns from injury, he Destiny Vaeao and rookie Elijah Qualls comprise a nice rotation. All they have to do is give the team maximum effort whenever they are in the lineup. There shouldn’t be a problem there.

Oh, there’s one more guy on that line that you may have heard of.
