3. Who needs another fourth-round pick anyway?

In 2017, the Eagles had two fourth-round draft picks. That resulted in the selection of wide receiver Mack Hollins and the aforementioned Donnel Pumphrey. Sure, we all hope Hollins gets more opportunities, but there’s no guarantee that the Pumphrey selection will amount to much.

What’s the point, you ask? It’s highly unlikely that the Eagles will find a player of Ajayi’s skill level with a fourth-round draft choice. It’s possible. He was actually a fifth-round selection himself, but Philly still has two other opportunities to strike gold in the fourth round of the 2018 draft.

This move keeps on looking better.

4. He’s the only running back in Boise State’s history to post three games of 200+ yards rushing.

There isn’t much that looks better on a running back’s resume than 200-yard rushing performances. The only knock was he was, at that time, doing it in the Mountain West Conference. The question was whether or not he could have those types of moments at the professional level.

He did. Keep scrolling.
