Though he’s still making plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC South, wide receiver DeSean Jackson will best be remembered for his brilliance with two teams in the NFC East. The first team obviously being the team that drafted him in the second-round out of Cal in the 2008 NFL Draft in the Eagles.

Jackson played his first six seasons with the Eagles, where he made three trips to the Pro Bowl. His first Pro Bowl nod came as a second-year player in 2009 when he had 62 catches for 1,156 yards and nine touchdowns. Though never a high-volume receiver in any of his three stops, Jackson is what you would call an explosive vertical threat.

Five times in his NFL career has he gone for over 1,000 receiving yards, yet he’s never come close to 100 catches in a season. His best season to date came with 2013 Eagles where he had 82 grabs for 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns. That would also be his last with Philadelphia, as he would sign a three-year deal with the NFC East rival Washington Redskins.

Jackson could one day be a Pro Football Hall of Famer, but he has some work to do with Tampa Bay and beyond that. Regardless, Jackson’s signature moment came in 2010 on the receiving end of Miracle at the Meadowlands II, where he returned a punt for a 65-yard touchdown to beat the hated New York Giants as time expired. In six years with the Eagles, Jackson had 356 catches for 6,117 yards and 32 touchdowns. As a return specialist, Jackson found pay dirt an additional four times.
