PHILADELPHIA, PA – JANUARY 13: Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery /

Alshon Jeffery, WR

Wide Receiver Alshon Jeffery had a productive year last season. He proved many of his haters wrong. But this year could be different. He is dealing with a shoulder injury. And it was just announced that he is expected to miss the first two games of the season, and possibly more.

Also, shoulder injuries are serious. So, he may not be at 100 percent, when he returns. It’s simple; he’s not worth drafting. Just pick him up off of the waivers later in the season. Or draft him and keep him on your bench.

Mike Wallace, WR

This will be short and sweet.

Mike Wallace is washed up, and don’t expect him to do much this season.

Even, on the Baltimore Ravens, he wasn’t much of a fantasy player. I never got more than a few points with him. And more often than not, I ended up dropping him. This is honestly one that could go either way. To be honest, I don’t feel as confident in this bust pick. Wallace could surprise me.

Darren Sproles, RB

In past years, the speedster Darren Sproles was a great flex option for fantasy owners.

But his aging and injury-proneness have made him less productive. Thus, the reason to avoid him. He may have a good game every once in a while, but that isn’t worth drafting him.

Well, there you have it. Keep in mind; I am a fan just like everyone else. So, I could be wrong. Therefore, don’t take my word on this, and then blame me if I screw up your fantasy team. But if it makes you feel any better, I will be in the same boat.
