Alshon Jeffery, WR

It felt like the three previous players we mentioned were ‘needs to do better’ type of deals. In Alshon Jeffery’s case, we just need some more of what we saw last week. For the first time in a long time, Jeffery exceeded 100-yards in the receiving game. He also returned in a big way with a touchdown on a 3rd and long, which was much-needed.

This week, the Eagles need their number one receiver just to do exactly what he did all of last week. We’re hoping that the offensive line could play well enough to keep Wentz protected and happy so he can sit back and throw all day to his receivers.

Jeffery found some significant success against the Vikings during the playoffs last season, and we surely wouldn’t mind seeing him turn in a two-touchdown performance against them once again. The Eagles offense needs to pick it up, and one big play from Jeffery could be the kickstart to it all.
