Here comes another game with a familiar opponent.

Both Dallas and Philly are coming into this matchup feeling great. Last week, the Cowboys shocked the football world by beating the New Orleans Saints and locking down Drew Brees and company in the process.

The Saints were limited to only 10 points the entire game. Dallas’ win gave them a four-game winning streak and also gave them sole possession of first place in the NFC East.

On the flip side, ‘The Birds’ appear to be hitting their stride at the right time. While a good chunk of the starters on defense are out due to injuries, especially in the secondary, the backups have been holding their own the last couple of weeks.

Furthermore, the offense is starting to gel with wide receiver Golden Tate who Philly traded for at the deadline. Additionally, Philadelphia has gone back to the running game with the emergence of Josh Adams and the return of Darren Sproles last week.

These teams met not too long ago, back in Week 10. As you know, Dallas left Lincoln Financial Field with a 27-20 victory.

The Eagles defense had no answers for running back Ezekiel Elliot and wide receiver Amari Cooper. Elliot had 187 all-purpose yards and 2 touchdowns. While Cooper caught 6 passes on 10 targets for 75 yards.

It wasn’t a good night.
