Nick Foles, QB

Last week, Nick Foles flashed some of that Super Bowl MVP magic against the Houston Texans. Once again, Foles was out breaking single-game records and taking charge to come back late in the game. Foles may not be all that consistent, but when it’s crunch time, the guy sure knows how to calm himself and create chances to win the football game.

This week won’t be as challenging for Foles, but there’s still a lot riding on the line. Knowing that a win would be make-or-break for the Eagles, Foles will most likely have his high-priority win alert on and spreading the ball around like it’s nothing. The first time the Eagles played the Redskins, Carson Wentz was under center, and he didn’t have any issues moving the ball around.

This time around, Foles will have the opportunity to face Washington, and we don’t expect the offense to look any different from the first matchup. Honestly, this game seems more like a trap game, rather than a tough divisional matchup, but to the Eagles, this is their ticket to the playoffs. Foles’ leadership on the offense should definitely be motivating enough for everybody to keep their must-win mindset active.
