Fletcher Cox, DT

This one was easy to come up with. Listen, the Eagles defense is simply better with Fletcher Cox dominating up front. There were a couple of games this season where Cox wasn’t as disruptive since he draws so much attention from the offensive line. But then there are also times where the extra lineman that are sent to block him at once aren’t even productive. There’s a reason a why Cox was voted as an AP All-Pro First Teamer.

We saw how dominant Cox could be when he turns his game all the way up. He destroyed Washington’s offense last week with three sacks and a forced fumble. That was a critical game, where the Eagles needed the win. Now, the Eagles need another big game out of Cox, and he will be expected to lead the charge up front for the rest of the guys.

Since Chicago has a first-timer at quarterback for the postseason, Cox and the Eagles defensive line need to give him a warm welcome to the new season surely. Trubisky is a decent quarterback, but he is very much beatable. If Cox can disrupt Trubisky in the pocket, then the Eagles should be in excellent shape to keep the Bears out of the end zone.
