Anthony Barr, linebacker

Barr may see his market cool once his film is watched. He had his share of highlight reel moments, but despite a good season in 2018, he tends to hang out in the area of inconsistency. Barr may command a high price tag, but there are question marks. That’s something Philly needs to stay away from.

Sheldon Richardson, defensive tackle

Richardson is another one of those Minnesota Vikings who make some wonder why they didn’t produce more for the defense. He’s worth Philly taking a closer look, but so far, there’s been no reason to believe he might land in the Eagles nest.

C.J. Mosley, linebacker

This could be a good replacement for what might be a departing Jordan Hicks. That is if Philly is interested. They should be. It’s not like Mosley won’t have suitors.

Ronald Darby, cornerback

Ronald Darby won’t be back in Philly next season. Period. He’ll cost too much. He gets hurt too much. Everyone appreciates what he’s done, but he just can’t stay on the field. Philly has too many needs and a salary cap issue. Re-signing Darby makes no sense.

Tyrann Mathieu, safety

Mathieu may have a problem. He didn’t get a ton of money the last time he got signed by someone, and this time, there are better safeties available. That could push his price tag down. That alone might be good news for ‘The Birds’, a team looking to add depth at the position.
