10. Miles Sanders

More from Inside the Iggles

You had to see this coming. Miles Sanders has been so impressive since his arrival that if you’re not starting to get a little excited about this guy, you may need to check your pulse or audition for the ‘Grinch’ in some Christmas play when December rolls around.

His former head coach, Penn State Nittany Lions head man James Frankin, has no problem mentioning him in the same breath as Saquon Barkley, and one Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee is mentioning him as one of their guys to watch. Maybe we should all pay a little closer attention.

Honorable mention: Marken Michel, Josh Sweat

Josh Sweat will make the final 53-man roster and is having a good preseason. Marken Michel is trying to make the roster and may not, but it isn’t because he can’t play. Truthfully, he’s outplayed Mack Hollins, but Hollins has proven he has special teams value. That may be enough to give him the nod over Mr. Michel. That’s not a guarantee though. Two games remain. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
