The 3rd best: Jeff Garcia

While McMahon was considered to be something of a disaster, the same cannot be said for Jeff Garcia’s performance the very next season in 2006.

When Donovan McNabb suffered a season-ending knee injury against the Tennessee Titans in week 11, it was time for Garcia to step in. The story would not be the same as the previous season.

He would lose his first start in a Sunday Night game against the Indianapolis Colts, but he’d go on to win his next six, including a last-second victory in a playoff game against the New York Giants.

One of the strangest, but most exciting seasons came to an end the next week thanks to the New Orleans Saints. Garcia would be released before the next season. Garcia’s imaged resurfaced thanks to a viral video in Philadelphia. Make no mistake Eagles fans will always love Jeff Garcia.
