1. Fletcher Cox, DT

We were truly worried for a bit. Over the offseason, Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox had to undergo surgery. Since it happened sometime after the season ended, Cox’s recovery time was sure to cut into practice time for when the spring rolls around.

Before the Eagles went on summer vacation, it was assumed that Cox would be back in action at some point in the summer. Well, the preseason came and went, and Cox still wasn’t able to practice. Week one was beginning to feel like a longshot, but now he’s back on track.

This week, Cox has been practicing with the Eagles. Therefore, he’s expected to make his debut along with the rest of the team as well. While Cox could be rusty, he could end up having a field day against Washington.

As the Redskins offensive line will be missing their best player and more, the Eagles interior could very well wreak havoc on Case Keenum this Sunday. It could be an excellent return for Cox and a fantastic debut for Malik Jackson.
